私にとっての音楽は、いつも内面世界の描写そのものです。
意識の奥にある言葉にできない世界、もしくは言葉に成る前のおぼろげな世界を物語るもの。
そして「夢」とは、そういった世界が抽象的ながらも濃密に表れたものだと感じています。

アルバム『Storytelling』では、これまで眠りや無意識の世界をテーマに内的世界を音で描いてきました。
第一作「Reminiscences of Inner Scenery」では、重度の不眠症を患っていた時に半覚醒状態で捉えていた幻視と幻影の景色を。
第二作「Spiral Regression」では、退行催眠を通じて体験した深層意識の探索と古い記憶の回想を。
そして今作「Dreamscape Fragments」では、過去に書き留めた実際の夢の記録から、その奇妙な世界と物語を描いています。

物心ついた頃から、日常を生きながらも、どこか夢と現実の間をふわふわと彷徨っているような感覚が常にあります。
意識の輪郭を時折溶かす、言葉で定義することのできないその「間（あわい）」の世界を、もしもいつか誰かと共有できたなら。
そう願いつつ、本作をもって『Storytelling』を完結いたします。

To me, music has always been a depiction of my inner world itself.
It narrates the world that cannot be put into words, or a fleeting realm before it even becomes words.
And "dreams" are where it emerges, abstractly yet with profound density.

The 'Storytelling' series has consistently portrayed my internal landscape, themed around sleep and the subconscious world.

In #1, 'Reminiscences of Inner Scenery', I depicted a hallucinatory world seen in a semi-conscious state while suffering from severe insomnia.
In #2, 'Spiral Regression', I explored old memories from the deep subconscious experienced through hypnotic regression.
And now, with #3, I have translated some lucid records from my personal dream diary into music, presenting the peculiar worlds and stories of my dreams.

For as long as I can remember, I've often found myself wandering between dreams and reality, even in my ordinary life.
I hope you will enjoy this "in-between" world, which is a realm I constantly sense, yet cannot clearly define with words.

You can find the actual entries from my dream diary in the bonus booklet.
Please listen to the music while reading them, and let yourself sink into a world of strange dreams.

After passing through a long, long tunnel of depression and insomnia for a decade, I finally feel as if I am living with my feet firmly on the ground in the real world.
With this, my exploration into the realms of the subconscious and the world of dreams comes to a close.
