ブリジット・フォンテーヌ、リュック・フェラーリが参加した1992年デッドストックCD!!75年にLP[Defense De]をリリースした後、メンバー変更を経て新たに結成されたフランスのJean-Jacques Birge率いるカルト集団U.D.M.I。収録されている全24曲の楽曲及び歌詞はメンバー全員で共同制作、多くの豪華ゲストを招き制作された92年自主出版作[Operation Blow Up]。このグループの作品群の中でかなり多様性のある部類のアルバムですが、この混沌具合こそこのグループの真骨頂。傑作。
