ユニット名単体としは3年振りの音源!!The New Blockaders、RLW、Frans de Waard、The Oval Languageといった多くのプロジェクトと共演、80年代初頭Guido Huebnerによってベルリンで誕生〜多くの物音ノイズ&インスタレーション作品を生み出した大ベテラン・プロジェクトDas Synthetische Mischgewebe。使い古したカセットプレーヤー2台を用い暇潰し的に(!?)録音したとされるアルバム[Greaser In The Ghost Home]。数十年前のカセットテープの山からジャンクの素材を抽出、金属の衝突、機械の駆動、乾いた物体音を躍動の強いコンクレートとして繋いだ激シブの3曲。

Das Synthetische Mischgewebe is an originally Berlin-based project which has been active since the early 1980s. Collaborators have included MSBR, M.Northam, Frans de Waard, and Ios Smolders. Label appearances include SFCR, Pinch A Loaf, and Povertech.

March 2020:
Time to kill, a couple worn out cassette players with inside speaker
knowing every play back speed, except the right one.
A bunch of cassettes from decades ago.
Neighbours as I always desired them to be, far away
