30名編成の超大所帯即興集団による大掛かりなサウンドアート物件!!実践の模様を収録したDVD & イラストが掲載された132ページブックが付属!!Globe Unity Orchestra、 King Übü Örchestrü、The Celestrial Communication Orchestra、London Improvisers Orchestraなど、既に多くの歴史的な参照例がある大編成の即興演奏。その発展を試みる形にてベースプレイヤーのDavid Chiesaが設立した即興演奏団体"Le Un"。 本作は、ピエール・アンリ及びベルナール・パルメジャーニの影響下にあるエレクトロアコースティックコンポーザー"リオネル・マルケッティ"の作品に挑んだ演奏記録。2021年6月24日から26日にかけて開催、なんと綿密なロケハンの後2日間に渡り行ったという、フランス南部を流れる"ドルドーニュ川"河辺での野外演奏及びその模様を纏めたもの。パドルを漕ぎ川下りながらの演奏、周辺の虫の声の導入、生々しくエッジの鋭いサウンドスケープ/演奏が坦々と紡がれる非常にカッコイイ記録。

Le UN is an improvisation society which brings together musicians, a lighting artist, and a performer. Le UN is a polymorphic mass that preserves the individual and their practices without hindering the space of the collective. Méandre(s) took place between the 24 and 26 June 2021. After much location scouting, Le UN and its guests stayed, paddled and played during the first two days along twenty or so kilometers of the Périgord section of the river Dordogne, between Carzac and Vézac. The various results were gathered into images and sounds, and on June 26th a public event was put on at the stopover at Carsac with conferences, sound projections, food and a concert.
