A3サイズのポスター付き！！82年に英Adventures in Realityよりカセットフォーマットにてリリースされていた、コベントリーのMartin Bowesが80年に始動した実験プロジェクトAttritionの超傑作ダークアンビエント[This Death House]の初LPリイシュー版。オールドスクールなインダストリアルスタイルにて即興で録音された音源であり、そのタイトル通り古典的ホラー映画に触発されたダークな世界を[Crawling]21分、[Dead Of Night]22分という長編2曲で表現。テープ操作を上手く利用したドロッドロなテクスチャーにレトロな電子音を投下するスタイルは今聴いても新鮮。

Influenced by classic zombie films, "Death House" lends truth to that rumor by delivering forty-six minutes of blackened paranoia-inducing ambiance.
