2色のリソグラフ印刷カバーが美しい、ハンドメイド・クラフトボックス入り!!過去に特殊装丁レーベルWinebox Pressを運営、自然の音/現象を柔らかなギタープレイに融合させたサウンドスケープ的音源の発表を続けるスウェーデン孤高のギタリストJon Collin。不定期な出版を続けている自主のレーベルの素朴なカセットシリーズより、２つのソロ音源を纏めた新作[The Land]を出版。屋外でのアコースティックギターによる即興演奏をベースに構築、後から異なる時間と空間での伴奏を付けて再録音したというもので、録音場所を巡る行為や自然の音など周辺の環境が程よく入り混じった美しテクスチャーで進行。

Two extended pieces recorded and re-recorded in a small coastal area in North Uppland in Summer 2023 and Spring 2024. Each piece is based around an outdoor acoustic guitar improvisation, which was then re-recorded with accompaniment in a different time and mind space. On the first side this accompaniment takes the form of a circumambulatory walk around the site of original recording, with the piece itself played back through a handheld cassette recorder alongside the babbling, rushing and humming of the natural world. The second side uses the same recorder for playback and re-recording of this side's original piece in several locations surrounding the site, accompanied each time by a new guitar improvisation.
