クリアーヴァイナル & A2サイズブックレットをエアクッションで包んだ異常にカッコ良すぎる装丁のLP作品[The Sudden Gust]にて音盤デビューした美術家Matteo Nasini。内容は風で鳴らされる楽器"エオリアン・インストゥルメンタル"を纏めた興味深い実験記録でしたが、今回の新作はなんと"睡眠時の脳波を音に変換"したという、またまた興味をソソられる研究録音もの。深い睡眠、また夢を見ている時など、無意識の多様な状態がソフトウェアを通し電子音に変換されゆく不思議な感覚に陥る内容。アルヴィン・ルシエも似た様な脳波の実験をやっていますが、こちらはもっと音楽的なものとして提示されています。180グラムヴァイナル、36ページのブックレット付き。

Fourteen electrodes have been used to monitor the electrochemical activity of the brain. Each one of them is able to send an independent signal to a conversion software.
